This notice is sent to you in accordance with the
requirements of the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Navistar’s records indicate you are the owner of the vehicle
identified on the enclosed Authorization for Recall Service
Navistar has determined that a defect which relates to card. If you do not own this vehicle, please fill out and
