INCLUSIONS:

1-labor, accommodation, transportation with required expenses.

2-Supervision team including (Engineers, Foreman, HSE, Qquality control staff and laborers as
per attached manpower histogram).
3-Offloading and stacking the Modular Units.
4-Modular Units structural connections.
5-Roof closing accessories, ridge and c-cap installation including finishing as per specifications.
6-External facade joints clothing.
7-Internal joints clothing (floors, walls).
8-All tools required to do our scope of work tasks.

EXCLUSIONS:
1-Fabrication & Transportation of Modular units.
2-Cranes and operators.
3-Electrical supply up to port-a-cabin.
4-Water supply & Drainage facilities up to port-a-cabins.
5-External stair case & steps fabrication & installation.
6-External or Internal MEP Connections.
7-Civil Works, Compaction, Footing and required fittings.
8-Road Access.
9-Provision of trolleys for transfer port-a-cabins offloading to installation location.
10-Modular unit will be inspected in factory, if any damage during transportation will be
notified, any rectification works to be as variation order.
