(b) In a café where the ambient temperature is 25℃, a barista uses near boiling water to make
a cup of coffee and does not add any cold water or milk after brewing the coffee. Initially
the coffee is 94℃, and cools to 85°C in 5 minutes.

Sand is being poured from a conveyor belt onto the ground, forming a right circular cone 5 
with radius 𝑟 and height ℎ, both in metres, as shown in the diagram. The sand is poured at
a constant rate of 2 cubic metres per minute. The internal angle of the cone is always 60°.
