Terms of Payment

1. 75 percent advance with LPO.

2. 25 Percent on completion of work.

Terms of work

1. 1 days required for mobilization.

2. Required water and electricity to be provided by the client.
3. The works other than in quotation will be treated as additional and charged and
the time requirement for the same will be notified.
4. Variations and delay in approvals in the proposal, from the client to the
contractor, will extent the completion date.
5. Delay in payment will lead to extension of project duration.
6. Working space/ site to be provided vacant by the client in advance.
7. Storage space for the material for the site work to be arranged by client.
8. Prices quoted hold valid for 7 days from the date of submission of the quotation
