Foundation Year means also the Introduction into the furtherer Studies.

Foundation Year is the Basic of the Business Studies course, in which
we are introduced into the topic of the course and is for one year long.

I know that I will be for 4 (four) years long.

The tuition fee is £9,250 (nine thousand, two hundred and fifty pounds)
per year.

I will apply for a Student Finance loan.


Or if the Student Finance Loan will not accept my application I will be

I able to give approximately 15 – 20 hours per week. OR, between 20


and 30 hours.

13. Why did you choose Canterbury Christ Church University?

I chose this University because it prides itself on excellence in


education. I read that it has a long standing and qualitative experience
and student achievements and retention rates are among the best in the
country.
It has an experience of over 50 years in higher education, there are
students from 100 countries studying here, and it has received the
highest score for student satisfaction.

I chose Canterbury Christ Church University after having read that
student achievements rates are among the best in the country, also the
university is graded outstanding and has high standards in the Teaching.

I choose to study here because the location is very good for me, at
LONDON SCHOOL AF COMMERCE CAMPUS, in central London, and I
also read some reviews on the internet and it really convinced me to
apply here.

14. Why did you particularly choose this course?

FOR BUSINESS (to start my own business)


a) I have worked in - (mention your job) - and I have a lot of experience
in this area. These services are also in high demand and I was thinking
to start a business in this field. However, my experience is not enough.
In order for my business to be successful, I will need to know how to
track my profits and losses, coordinate people and build strong
relationships. Once I complete this course, I am sure I will have all the
knowledge that I need, in order to build a solid, successful and profitable
business.

been working, and I know that this is an industry which will be always on
demand. This is why I would like to have my own - (what kind of
company) - company in the future. I know people around me who
already have similar businesses, and after having spoken with them, I

competition, create a construction business plan, how to manage and
lead people and business finance, and the course Business Studies will
provide me with all the knowledge that I need as a future entrepreneur.

This course will help me to improve my skills and knowledge in order to


be a qualified future business man/woman or to get a better job or post
in the future.

new business and I will know exactly how to invest and how to start a
business.

In order to do the Assessments, tests and Exams, we will use Laptop,


PC, (Tablet or Phone if needed), programs such as Microsoft Office
Package, for example: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft
Excel. Also, maybe PDF Program and formats. We will use Google,
YouTube, in order to do our researches.

how to use programs such as Microsoft Office Package, for example:
Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, also, PDF
Program and formats. I know how to use Google, YouTube, in order to
do our researches, and maybe social media platforms.
18. Do you know what the difference between Word, PowerPoint
and Excel is?

Word is used most of the time for writing texts and essays and is using
pages.
PowerPoint is used for creating or doing presentations, using slides and
images and less text, and is using slides instead pages.
Excel is also used for creating tables, timetables and doing calculations.

20. What is your opinion towards Brexit? Do you think it was


beneficial?
My personal opinion regarding the Brexit is that it was harming the
economy of the United Kingdom, reducing the country income, reducing
the labour force and human resources and increasing taxes.

My personal opinion regarding the Brexit is that, the Brexit brought a
form of independency to the United Kingdom, with some costs, indeed.
OR
I, personally, cannot have any opinion in this case because I didn’t took
part to the voting for Brexit, so I don´t know what to say about this.

Some of my strengths are: I am flexible, well organised, punctual, and


adaptable, I am a quick learner, and I can work under pressure. Good
Team Work Skills Etc.
Some of my weaknesses are: I am an emotional person, I am shy, I do
not have enough confidence to speak in front of a group of people, etc.

I have developed skills such as, responsibility, team work, punctuality,
how to be more organised, geographical skills, communication skills,
adaptability, and flexibility.
