RECOGNITION OF TEACHING AND NON- TEACHING EMPLOYEES
(EARLY BIRD AWARD)
To: Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel
All Others Concerned
1. Pursuant to Civil Service Commission’s Program on Awards and Incentives for
Service Excellence (PRAISE), please be informed that a Weekly Recognition on
Early Birds Award for the Teaching and Non- Teaching Staff shall be held every
Monday during the weekly Flag Raising Ceremonies starting August 2022 until
July 2023.

2. This recognition of Employees shall have the following objectives:

a. Motivate, distinguish, and reward the teaching and non- teaching employees for
their exceptional work performance and dedication which contribute to
achieving Deped’s Vision and mission; and
b. Apart from recognition per se, it aims at morale boosting, increased rapport among
personnel and promote goodwill in a constructive/ positive approach.

3. The award will be given to the employee for being consistently early and on time
especially in attending the flag rites every Monday. Certificates of recognition
and incentives (in-kind) donated by the school head were given to awardees.

4. The awardee will be determined based on the Records of Attendance, Monitoring

Logbook and on time submission of DTR by the School Human Resource
Management Officer (HRMO).
5. Immediate Dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
