OR-07-367 (MRL14-Niali to Kapasi Road via Baharana, Barimundei, Waupali, Kulajaliarpur, Nagachhak, Lunigaon .) including maintenance for five years in the district of Cuttack for the year 2021-22" of the works for five years for a Contract Price of Rs.6,68,17,115.00 (Rupees six crores sixtyeight lakh seventeen thousand one hundred fifteen)only covered Divisional Agreement no.21 1 PMGSY-Ill of 2022-23 with completion period of 11(Eleven) months. The place and location where the field laboratory is to be setup with the prescribed ‘equipment within ten days from the date of notice to start the work. 2. The names, address & signature with recent passport size Photograph duly attested by you of the technical persons who will receive instructions at site, conduct the field test, along with photocopies of their educational qualifications and experience within 7 (seven) days from the date of notice to start the work. 3. The video C.D. of each road firstly before starting the work, during execution of work and lastly after completion of work which should include initial top width, toe width and the height of embankment on either side, marking of chainage & TBMs at fixed interval of 200mtr should be submitted for onward submission of the same to NRIDA and display in ‘OMMAS. The still photo of each road (4-5 copies each), The site is handed over this day. A certified copy of the agreement is enclosed here with on for reference. Encl : As above.
