    In accordance to Benguet Division DepEd Memo no. 182 s.2020, Paoad Elementary
    School Conducted School Learning Action Cell in Curriculum, Governance, Operations, and
    Management on September 9-10,2020 with 25 participants.
    These were the teacher participants insights on the viewed presentations. It is an
    informative Learning Action Cell session. Teachers were provided with an overview task in
    conducting a new normal set up. Some said it deepened and enlightened their understanding on
    the current DepEd programs and innovations. It kept abreast and updated with new normal and
    how to adopt with current change situation in education. It strengthened the prevention, mitigation
    and preparedness activities to ensure safety of all personnel and learners. It also aided in the
    clarification of the preparation and implementation of BE-LCP along with the health procedures to
    observe in conducting the printed modular distancing thus leading to school’s operational
    procedures and plans for a successful implementation of BE-LCP.
    One teacher said that the voice of the speaker are clear but having a hard copy is
    very much appreciated.
