Audio/visual problems:(how will you deal with sound/visual interruptions from passing cars, the
public, road works, airplanes/trains, police sirens, wind, general interruptions to filming and audio)

There might be people that might get in the way of the shot as we’re filming, there might be a crowd
in the cafeteria.

Weather conditions: (could the weather affect your filming in any way?)

No, as we are under a roof, but for continuity reasons, we need to film under 1 weather condition, if
not, then we’ll try and film later.

Continuity: (is anything about the location likely to change during the shoot or if you return to it to
film more than once? E.g., roadworks in 1st shot/ gone in next, poster on wall/gone in next shot)

The cafeteria might look empty in one shot, but crowded in one.

There might be one person that might be in one of 2 identical shots, but won’t appear in the other
shot.

Electricity/Lighting issues: (will you need an electricity supply and is there access to one? Is lighting
adequate or does it need altering?

We won’t need a power supply as we will be using the batteries for the camera and audio recorder.

For lighting, the lights in the cafeteria is enough, if it’s too dim then we will use more lighting.

Set dressing: (does your set contain everything you want to show in your scene or will it need
something else adding to it to have the impact you want?) The actors should wear the same clothes
as they had in the production
Welfare: (can your crew/talent get refreshments, are there toilets near, is it far? do they need to
stay overnight near filming location?) The cafeteria has food and vending machine, the toilets are
right around the corner, it’s not far as it’s just a minute walk from a classroom

Parking/Public transport to location: (how will the crew/talent get to the location? Is there parking
or a bus/train station nearby?)

There is parking in the college, there are bus stops nearby as well, in college and by the Loxton road
shops

Possible dates for filming: Tuesday 24th January 2023 to Thursday 9th February 2023
