SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY

Taking time out to have fun with my family is a great way to reduce my stress level. Even though
they are busy at work, they will always have time for us. Spending time with them in just a simple way
and makes me smile can remove all the stress and tiredness from me because my family is my strength,
the gift that I have received from God.

Get plenty of sleep

Sleeping is my way of relaxing of everything I’ve been through. Sleep is a powerful stress reducer, it
helps me to relax my memory and my body. Sleep keeps me healthy and functioning well. It lets my
body and brain repair, restore, and reenergize.

PRAYING

Prayer is my way to communicate with God whenever I need something and to thank with. Praying
helps me to calm in everything that struggles me. I pray because I know soon or in the future, God will
answer all my prayers, He’s always at my side wherever I go. Praying gives me the strength to stand up
and face my battles in the future.

The activities that I do very well are dancing, drawing, sleeping & eating, playing sports like table tennis
& volleyball. To make it balance, First I wrote the time management so that my studies & my training
won’t affect my responsibilities. Second is planning, planning my goals and strategies on how do I work
on it. Third, is to find balance between myself and others. Lastly, enjoy everything ad don’t take
anything too seriously.

SUNSET

One of the place that brings calmness to me is the sea, the sunset and the sound of waves. It helps me
to keep me away from stress and everything that surrounds me. I live near the sea so that the sea or the
sunset are my comfort zone.
