Wok or deep frying-pan

Ingredients
500 g minced pork
1 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 shallots thinly sliced
6 cloves garlics sliced
3 chillies
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce light (thin)
2 tbsp soy sauce dark
2 tbsp oyster sauce
½ cup chicken broth
1½ cup holy basil leaves
Instructions
1. Add the oil, shallots and garlic in a wok and fry for 3 minutes at medium high heat.
2. Add the minced pork, stir it and turn up the heat to high.
3. Add sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute.
4. Add chicken broth to the frying-pan. Stir-fry until the broth is almost evaporated.
5. Add basil leaves and stir-fry until they are wilted.
6. Serve over cooked rice.
