SERIES 2020

A RESOLUTION FOR APPROVING OF THE BDRRMC ONE YEAR ACTIVITY PLAN AND THE
BDRRMF INVESTMENT PLAN CY 2021 AND THE APPROPRIATION OF THE ANNUAL 5%
BDRRM FUND AMOUNTING TO TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS AND 88/100 (PHP224,980.88) OF BARANGAY
TUNGKALAN, TORIL DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY.

WHEREAS, there is an estimated amount of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR

THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS AND 88/100 (PHP224,980.88) as 5% of
Estimated Income from regular Source CY 2021;

WHEREAS, this amount will be used to fund the DRRM activities, programs and
equipment’s;

THEREFORE, after careful deliberation on motion of Kagawad Dexter M. Batadlan, Chair of

the Operations and Warning and duly seconded by all the members of the Sangguniang Barangay,
it was;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the 5% local DRRM fund CY 2021

of Barangay Tungkalan.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the government

agencies concerned.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY, this 18th day of September, 2020.
