Abdul khaliq Dar both residents of Peth Makhama Magam, for allowing the applicants to alienate their land after receiving permission for alienation from this office.

The applicant humbly submits 1. That the applicants are migrants from Jammu and Kashmir and are presently putting up outside valley, hence they have approached this office through their lawful attorney’s1. Mohd Shaban Dar 2. Abdul khaliq Dar both residents of Peth Makhama Magam Budgam for seeking permission for alienation of their land measuring 01 kanal 01 Marlas, falling under Survey No. 641(19 Marlas) and 663 (02 Marlas), situated at Peth Makhama. 2. That the land is question is the proprietary land of the supra mentioned persons who intend to sell the said land to________________________ Through their attorney. 3. That the applicants have willfully without any force or coercion, influence of pressure decided to alienate the said piece of land through their attorney. 4. That the applicants have no objection in case the revenue extract of the supra mentioned land including its permission is issued in favour of the attorney so that he can process for registration and execution of sale deed through concerned sub-registrar office. 5. The land in question is already been looked and taken care of by the attorney holder from last two decades, therefore the applicants have unanimously decided to vest all the rights upon attorney holder for seeking the permission for its alienation after following the due process of law.
In the premises, it is humbly prayed that permission for alienation of the
Surpa-mentioned land be provided to the applicants through their attorney so that they can sell it to any person of their choice, same shall be in consonance of law and justice.
