    Affidavit

    I, Shabir Ahmad Beigh S/O Ghulam Mohammad Beigh R/O Poshkar, Tehsil Khag District Budgam, do
    hereby solemnly affirm and declare on oath as under.

    1. That I am the permanent resident of U.T of J&k.

    2. That I have availed a shop/ski shop from Doodhpathri Development

    Authority on rental bases at Doodhpathri District Budgam. 3. That I am the tenant in the said shop and
    same is for the purpose of running ski activities.

    4. That I shall pay rent as per rules towards the Doodhpathri Development Authority.

    5. That I shall be personally liable for any damage done to the assets in the said shop.

    6. That I shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever done by natural disaster or electricity short
    circuit.

    7. That I shall follow all the rules and regulations of the said department.

    8. That all the contents are true to the best of my knowledge.
