UNDERTAKING
Whereas I/We, (1) Muhaammad Zubair Madni, son/daughter of Muhammad Yaseen Siddiqi, holding CNIC No./Passport
No. 42401-6040803-5, resident of Bahawalpur, (2) Muhammad Naveed Shabbir, son/daughter Shabbir Ahnad, holding
CNIC No./Passport No. 31205-8095380-9, resident of Bahawalpur, (3) Faisal Mehmood Bukhari, son/daughter of
Mehmood Bukhari, holding CNIC No./Passport No. 31202-9189567-3, resident of Bahawalpur, collectively trading as
Fuunders of Startup (the “Applicant”) am/are applying for incubation with the Regional plan9 (hereinafter referred to as
“RP(”) a project by Government of the Punjab (hereinafter referred to as “PITB”, which expression includes its successors,
administrators, executors and assigns).

WHEREAS RP9 is the largest network of technology incubator formed under the wing of PITB in order to promote
technology entrepreneurship in Pakistan, and intends to provide selected applicants the opportunity, exposure and
environment to develop their business ideas and help them penetrate into global markets which are hub of consumer
technology.

NOW, THEREFORE, I/We, as applicant for incubation at RP9 PITB do hereby give an undertaking that:

(I) I/we am/are Pakistani national.

(ii) My/our idea is innovative and the product that I/we am working on is technology based. (iii)

My/our idea is not for a research project.

(iv) My/our idea is not for lobbying activities.

(v) My/our idea is not for a charity based foundation or organization.

(vi) My/our idea is not funded by donations and/or grants as the main source of revenue.

(vii) I/we shall protect any information, idea, plan, or other material which is, or can be considered as, confidential, trade
secret, and/or property of some other person/entity which may come into my knowledge due to my participation in the
evaluation process, including but not limited to, attending any sessions, seminars or meetings.

(viii) I/we shall not submit to RP9, any information, idea, plan or other materials that is, or can be considered as,
confidential, trade secret and/or property of some other person/entity, and in this regard, shall keep the officials, employees,
members of the board of advisors, mentors, consultants and representatives of RP9 PITB, Government of the Punjab,
indemnified against any or all actions, claims, proceedings arising out of any claim by a third party with regard to the said
information, idea, plan or other materials in any court of law.

(ix) I/we acknowledge that the officials of RP9 PITB, will receive and evaluate large number of information, ideas, plans
and materials by numerous applicants and there may be similarity amongst the information, ideas, plans and materials
submitted by different applicants. As such, I/we shall not hold RP9 PITB, or any of its officials, employees, members of the
board of advisors, mentors, consultants or representatives responsible for the misuse or disclosure of any information, idea,
plan or other materials that will be, or has been, submitted by me/us to RP9 and in this regard, waive all or any of my rights
to bring a claim or proceedings before competent forums or Courts.

(x) I/we shall be solely responsible for the protection and confidentiality of the information, ideas, plans and other material
submitted by me/us to RP9, Punjab Information Technology Board. Any conflict of interest, if reported by any of the RP9,
team member, judge, mentor or member(s) of RP9 Board of Advisors, with any of the information submitted by an
incubation applicant, shall be disclosed to the incubation applicant in writing within twenty (20) business days of reporting of
such conflict. RP9 incubator will only guarantee that the RP9 team member, judge, mentor or member(s) of the RP9 Board
of Advisors, who has / have reported the conflict, will not be involved in evaluating or judging the incubator applicant at any

stage of the incubation process.

(xi) I/We agree that RP9 Punjab IT Board, shall have the absolute right and discretion to reject my/our application, without
notifying any reasons whatsoever at any stage including, but not limited to, preliminary selection, elevated pitches, during or
after the selection process, the incubation cycle and weekly/monthly evaluations.

(xii) I/We agree that all decisions made by the members/officials of RP9 Punjab IT Board, on matters relating to the
application process, selection, evaluation, vacation, including, but not limited to, rejecting my/our application or not
selecting me for incubation or any other advanced stage involved will be final and not open to challenge before any forum or
court, and in this regard, I/we waive all or any of my/our rights to bring a claim or proceedings before competent forums or
Courts.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I/We do hereby set my/our hand on to this Undertaking on this Sixth day of October, 2022 at
Bahawalpur.
