1. Kayash Shrestha Residence
The residence is located in Mahalaxmisthan, Lalitpur. The project was designed
by Ar. Rahul Bajracharya. My part in this project was Sanitary drawings and
Electrical drawings. I got to learn the drawings in detail and learned about the
techniques and ways to conduct sanitary and electrical drawings.

2. Lukla Cafe
Lukla Cafe is a cafe project located in Lukla.This cafe is an extension of an already
existing lodge. The location has a beautiful view of mountains and lies in the
heart of Lukla.
I started with conceptual development, did Interior and Exterior design and
modelling. In this project I have tried to play with materials and form. I also did a
structural model of this cafe to get a better understanding of steel structure
buildings and stone masonry walls. I am supervised by Ar. Rahul Bajracharya and
Ar. Sajan Manandhar in this project. This project has limited area to work on, and
due to the distant location, we haven't been able to visit the site in person.
However the client has provided us with all the necessary data, measurements
and images.
We are currently awaiting client's feedback.
3. Kamerotar Residence
The residence is located in Kamerotar, Bhaktapur owned by Mrs. Sumitra Bade
Shrestha. The project was designed by Ar. Jenisha Khatri. My part in this project
was to complete Working drawings and Sanitary drawings and Electrical
drawings. I got to learn the drawings in detail and learned about the techniques
and ways to conduct sanitary and electrical drawings.

4. Butwal Commercial
The site is located in Horizon Chowk, Butwal. I started with conceptual and form
development. The client's requirement was to make the utmost use of the area,
since the site was already small for commercial use. We had to consider the hot
weather of Butwal while designing this building. The exterior of the buildings is
 almost completed for now and we are awaiting client's approval to move further
with the project. I was supervised by Ar. Rahul Bajracharya in this project.

5. Setopul Commercial
Setopul Commercial is a mixed use building located in Setopul, Maitidevi owned
by Mr. Subash Shrestha. It has commercial spaces, apartments and a luxury
penthouse. The building is an already existing structure. This building is a
combination of two blocks. This building is located in a very sloped site and one
of the blocks was built even before the earthquake. The other block was built to
support the already existing block which was affected by the earthquake. The
building in total is 10 storeys. One block has 5 storeys and the other has 5
storeys.
Our requirements in this project was to do the gate design, landscape planning
and redesign the interior layouts. I did the site visit and site measurements and
alson the gate design, landscape planning and redesigned the interior layouts. I
was guided by Ar. Rahul Bajracharya in this project.
Gate and landscape design of two blocks. We are currently waiting for clients approval
and the changes in layout plans have been made.

6. Sanothimi Residence
The residence is located in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur owned by Mrs. Aneeja Shrestha.
The project was designed by Ar. Jenisha Khatri. My part in this project was to do
Municipal drawings. I got to learn about the Municipal drawings in detail. I was
supervised by Ar. Jenisha Khatri in this project.
7. Imperial Apartments
Imperial Apartments is an old abandoned structure located in Naxal, Kathmandu.
The building is a 14 storeyed apartment building and was built almost 14 years
ago and was left incomplete due to some legal issues. The project is to redesign
the building and turn it into luxury apartment buildings. The building is very old
and the main challenge in this building is the floor height which is very low.
We have conducted measured drawings and site analysis on this project.
