STUDENTS DO NOT SUFFER FROM STRESS DURING THE EXAM PERIOD?

Essay

Nowadays, our educational system can perfectly be one of the most discussed topics.
On a daily basis, the majority of students feel displeased about the methods that occur
in school practice; above all, during the exam period. Unfortunately, youngsters do not
find their incentive and as a result, they suffer from stress at high levels. However, how
can this issue be tackled? It is high time educators put an end to this matter.

To begin with, it is undeniable that support from tutors is an important point to


consider. Many young students cannot fulfil their dreams since they are not able to
deal with frustration. Teachers have to raise awareness and make an idea clear to their
students and it is that, a grade does not qualify your person or make you worth. The
crux of the matter is in perseverance, get what we want no matter how hard it is. On
top of that, tutors have to equally understand that there are other subjects apart, so as
not to overload with more projects.

Secondly, it would be groovy if the current situation raises the question of implement
time for relaxation and leisure activities in the classroom. Doubtless, it is a
controversial viewpoint but vital to face stress. Minutes before starting the exam can
be dedicates to doing mindfulness practices.

In my humble opinion, it is paramount to identify support from tutors as the best


method to enliven students. After all, it is a challenge to prevent students from being
overwhelmed or pressured but if teachers ensure their peace of mind and help, they
will contribute greatly.
