MARK-I 2.

0
This project is based science fiction movies known as
Iron man from Marvel cinematic universe. I have been
working on this project for the last 10 months after I
completed my SEE. This prototype model is a replica
of famous Iron man suit Mark I and Mark III. It has
many functionalities which are listed below:
➢ Helmet with voice recognition Jarvis system
➢ Spy drone with camera system
➢ Danger alert system
➢ Voice control launcher
➢ Flame thrower

So, these are the functionalities of this prototype suit. Its

wearable and tactical. All the system and functionalities
are explained below.

Helmet
It is the main system of Mark I 2.0 prototype. It has an inbuilt Jarvis system which can perform
certain task like opening and closing the Hemet with voice control. It also launches a small
missile with voice command. Moreover, it can talk too while performing a task given by user.
The parts that are used in this system are:
• Arduino nano
• Voice recognition module
• Servo motors
• Stereo speaker
• Df player
module with 4
GB storage card
For writing and compiling
the program I used Arduino
IDE and C++ subset
programing language.
Spy drone
It is a fully controllable drone with p2p camera system.
It can fly up to 6 meters. It has vertical range lever and
360-degree horizontal range lever. It can perform back
flip and can fly back to the user in just one click. It has a
p2p live camera which shoots in 720p resolution and 30
fps. We can use our phone or laptop as a monitor for the
drone.
Following are the parts that are used in this drone:
• Transmitter module board
• Receiver module board
• S09 p2p camera with antenna
• 3.7 volt 6500 mAh rechargeable battery
• 4 pieces of coreless motor
• 4 pieces of propeller

Danger alert system

It is a system which detect the object coming
from back and gives a vibration alert signal
like a Spidey sense of Spider-man. I use an
Arduino UNO which is connected to the
ultrasonic sensor and a vibrating motor. It’s
working on the principle of echo. The
ultrasonic sensor has a two-point one signal
provider and another signal receiver. One
point which provide signal emit ultrasonic
sound and that sound strike the object coming from back and it reflect, and another point
receive the reflected ultrasonic sound and gives the signal to Arduino UNO which receive the
signal and generate another signal to vibrate the motor.
Following are the parts used in this system:
• Arduino UNO
• Ultrasonic sensor
• Vibration motor
• Motor Driver shield
It is also written and compiled in Arduino IDE using C++ subset programing language
Launcher
It is a voice controllable launcher which launch a small
missile with the voice command.it uses mechanical
force and spring tension to work. Basically, it has a
missile loaded on a missile holder with great potential
force given by a contracted spring. The trigger is
supported on base with a thread. A linear motor is used
to lift the mechanism and after lifting the thread pulls
the trigger and a missile is launched. The linear motor
is connected to Arduino nano with the helmet. When
we give a command “launch” in voice recognition
module it gives signal to Arduino nano which gives a
signal to rotate the motor and launch a missile.
Following are parts used in this system:
• linear motor with rpm 200
• Arduino nano
• Voice recognition module

Flame thrower
It is a system which throws a high range of flames. Butane gas is used as a fuel for combustion.
The working principle of this system is very easy. A linear motor is used as trigger to push the
gas fuel tank to open the outlet of gas which is connected to a metal tube with diameter 0.5cm.
For initial spark I use a spark generator module which is connected to the 12v battery and
changed it into high voltage to create spark with the help of tungsten wire.
Following are the parts used in this system:
• Butane gas fuel tank
• A steel tubes
• Nichrome wire
• 9v battery
• Linear motor
• Micro Switches
Radar, night vision, infrared vision, teaser gloves, complete AI system, holographic lens,
repulson based photon shooter, arc reactor based on repulsion, and jet engines to make it fly are
the other functionalities of this prototype but because of financial problem I cannot add these
functionalities but I future I will love to complete this prototype and make a fully functionable
Iron man suit in real life. I am continuing my research about this prototype and still learning
about the new technologies. As a family of RIA, I would love to share this project/prototype on
upcoming science fair and contribute something new to the RIA family.
