• Integrated technologies were founded on 2018 in the State
of Kuwait with aim of providing certification & inspection
services to all business categories such as Oil & Gas sector,
Petrochemical Industry, infrastructure, construction.
• We, Integrated Technologies General Trading Company
W.L.L. are pleased to introduce ourselves as Third-Party
Inspection & Certification Services Provider locally registered
as a local agency providing inspection & Certification services
in the state of Kuwait in the felids of Inspection and
Certification services for all types of Cranes, Hoists,
Rigging, Mobile Equipment, Lifting Equipment, Lifting
Accessories Non-Destructive Test
• We also offer custom built Training Courses for personnel in
all aspect of operation such as “rigging, cranes operator,
forklift operation, defensive driving, first aid and other similar
area associated with Plant and Construction Equipment
and Industrial Safety​.

Lifting Inspection Services.
• Integrated Technologies, attend with the
competent personnel to inspect and certify lifting
equipment in accordance with International
Standards to major clients. We ensure continuous
structural integrity, safety, and operational
efficiency of all equipment that regular inspection
is required.

assets by detecting defects before they result in severe damage, and
assures compliance with international standards.

 Visual Test – VT
• Visual Non-Destructive Testing is the
act of collecting visual data on the status
of a material. Visual Testing is the most
basic way to examine a material or object
without altering it in any way.
• Visual inspection is an inexpensive
method for detecting equipment flaws
and defects. It is one of the most widely
used method for detection of
discontinuities before they cause major
problem e.g., Poor welding Defects. It
means inspection of equipment and
structures using a common sense such as
human vision.
Magnetic Particle Inspection – MPI
• Magnetic Particle Non-Destructive
Testing is the act of identifying
imperfections in a material by examining
disruptions in the flow of the magnetic
field within the material.
• In Magnetic Particle Inspection,
inspectors first induce a magnetic field
in a material that is highly susceptible to
magnetization. After inducing the
magnetic field, the surface of the
material is then covered with iron
particles, which reveal disruptions in the
flow of the magnetic field. These
disruptions create visual indicators for
the locations of imperfections within the
material.
Ultrasonic Test – UT
• Ultrasonic testing (UT) is a non-
destructive test method that utilizes sound
waves to detect cracks and defects in parts
and materials. It can also be used to
determine a material’s thickness, such as
measuring the wall thickness of a pipe.
• In general, Ultrasonic Testing uses sound
waves to detect defects or imperfections on
the surface of a material created. One of
the most common Ultrasonic Testing
methods is the pulse echo. With this
technique, inspectors introduce sounds into
a material and measure the Echos (or sound
reflections) produced by imperfections on
the surface of the material as they are
returned to a receiver.
Dye penetrant Test – PT
• Dye Penetrant Non-Destructive Testing (also
called Liquid Penetrant Testing) refers to the
process of using a liquid to coat a material and
then looking for breaks in the liquid to identify
imperfections in the material.
• Inspectors conducting a Penetrant Test will
first coat the material being tested with a
solution that contains a visible or fluorescent
dye. Inspectors then remove any extra solution
from the material’s surface while leaving the
solution in defects that “break” the material’s
surface. After this, inspectors use a developer
to draw the solution out of the defects, then
use ultraviolet light to reveal imperfections (for
fluorescent dyes). For regular dyes, the color
shows in the contrast between the penetrant
and the developer.
 Destructive Test.
• Integrated Technologies, offers Destructive
testing by forcing the material to fail under
various load factors. The destructive testing
method is used to find mechanical
properties of materials such as tensile
strength, yield strength, hardness, impact
toughness, elongation, etc.
Inspection of High-Pressure
Treating Irons.
• Integrated Technologies, offers inspections and recertification for all high-
pressure treating irons that is used in pressure pumping operations. Our
inspection team will spend as much time on your project or remote site as
need to inspect, assess & certify every item of your flow iron equipment
according three levels of inspection as follows:
• Level 1 of Inspection: Ideally accomplished by conducting visual inspection
& Pressure test
• Level 2 of Inspection: Ideally accomplished by conducting visual inspection,
Ultrasonic wall thickness measurements pressure test.

• Level 3 of inspection: Ideally accomplished by conducting visual inspection,

Ultrasonic wall thickness measurements, magnetic Particle inspection &
pressure test.
The published minimum requirement is a Level 1 inspection annually.
Customers may choose to have a Level 2 or 3 inspection to be done for more
confidence in equipment safety. The inspection program is also extended to
the following.
• Identification & Banding:
Integrated technologies, offers a laser graving heavy-duty stainless-steel
identification tag with a unique identification No. assigned for each piece.
• Inspection Reports:
upon completion of the inspection our team will issue an inspection report
with the complete activity conducted, our inspection reports are easy to be
read, export, and to be used in your daily operations activity.
Drop object Survey.
• The DROPS Audit involves a detailed mast and
associated equipment inspection along with an
inspection of the elevated section of the drill floor
substructure and other areas at height on the rig to
identify potential hazards.
• Dropped objects survey is extremely important,
especially in the oil, gas, and drilling industries. Our
team will work as a team with the facility or rig crew
to assist with onsite Dropped Object Prevention
Scheme to ensure a better and safer working
environments by removal of loose items, complete
an inventory of equipment within the structure, and
assess the integrity of fittings and secondary
retention parts.
