AFFIDAVIT

I Mrs. GRANDHE.NIRMALA DEVI C/o SESHAPANI GRANDHE resident of H.No.13-1-55/E/7B,

Avanthi Nagar East, Mothinagar,Erragadda,Hyderabad,Telangana. Of DISH TECHNOLOGIES, a
Partnership Firm Registered under section 58(1) of the Indian Partnership Act. Vide, Partnership
Deed dated 23rd Day April 2015, on the rolls of Registrar of Firms, Hyderabad District .
I the under signed and the Outgoing Partner of the above said Firm solemnly affirm and state as
under-

1. That the deponent is the Outgoing partner of the firm DISH TECHNOLIGIES. That the
outgoing partner has resigned from the Partnership Firm with her free will and consent
and without any undue influence or coercion.

2. That the Outgoing partner hereby declares that she shall not have any claim against the
Firm or its continuing partners at a later date. The Outgoing partner has no litigation or
dispute with the continuing partners.

3. That the Outgoing partner hereby undertake the responsibility to make the stamp duty
payment, if any, arising at a later date on account of this Partnership Reconstitution.

4. That the Outgoing partner has signed the Form V, Statutory Form for Reconstitution of the
Firm, with free will and consent.
