As an accomplished Team Lead - Product Support, for a CRM software, I am


looking for a better career opportunity to head Customer Support.

With more than ten years' experience in this role, I am adept in software installations,
documentation and customer training.
Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set,
including marketing automation and CRM.

I excel at:
Creating graphics for knowledgebase, issue resolving and technical writing.
Experienced in supporting JSON method REST APIs.

I am extremely enthusiastic about a new opportunity and I welcome it to contribute


my skills for academic goals.

Motivation:
Well, I have great respect for this position and I would welcome the opportunity to
