    Should Purchaser fail to comment, or only partially comment, upon Vendor document, this shall

    not be construed as an acceptance of the content of such document unless expressly provided.

     The Vendor scope of work shall be as follow:


     Local Regulations too follow during contract execution
     Obtaining governmental Approval (If any)
     Engineering Design (detail design & Fabrication Design)
     Supply of bulk Materials farming parts of the equipment/material
     Supply of bulk Materials to be used within the physical battery limit of the
    Equipment/Material.

     Supply of Raw Materials


     Supply of Consumables (like fasteners and accessories )
     Calibration of equipment/material and tools
     Non-destructive
    destructive tests and other quality control (test and inspection) measures
     Facilities (accommodation,
    accommodation, office space, etc.) to be provided to buyer/client personnel
    during execution contract.

     Packing & Marking


     Transportation & Delivery (time, location, insurance, etc.)
     Erection at the construction
     Pre-commissioning
    commissioning and Commissioning

     Supervisionn of Erection at the construction


     Training of the client's personnel
     Performance guarantee
     Final documentation (vendor data pack)
     Spare parts required for commissioning & start up
     Spare parts required for 2 years operation
