    PRE-COMMISSIONING,
    NING, COMMISSIONING AND START UP
    Supervision for assembling, installation, configuration, calibration, pre
    pre-commissioning

    commissioning and testing at the site (SAT) are in Vendor's scope of work.
    Vendor shall include a priced list of the recommended sp
    spare
    are parts required for the construction,
    Pre commissioning, Commissioning and Start Up phases based on his experiences.

    19.1. Site Acceptance Test (SAT)


    The site acceptance test will start after commissioning on a date agreed on between Purchaser
    and Vendor.
    This test will start according to a procedure to be jointly defined by the Vendor and Purchaser.
    The representatives of Purchaser and Vendor shall sign a certificate of acceptance.

    20. QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENT


    Vendor shall submit to Purchaser his Qualit
    Qualityy Assurance Manual or Quality Assurance Plan. If
    Vendor is certified under ISO 9001 by recognized certification body, a copy of Certification
    shall be submitted.
    Purchaser and the third party reserve the right to audit Vendor and its sub
    sub-vendor/sub
    vendor/sub-contractors
    against the purchase requirements and ISO 9001.
