All documents are to be written in English language.
2. ABBREVIATIONS
Key to abbreviations used is the following:
2.1. Type of Document
O: Original
C: Paper copy
E: Electronic file
2.2 Delivery Time
W: Weeks After Order
M: Months After Order
WBF: Weeks Before Fabrication
WBD: Weeks Before Ex Works (Delivery)
MBD: Months Before Ex Work (Delivery)
2.3. Purpose
IFI: Issued for Information
IFC: Issued for Construction
3. FINAL DATA BOOK
Documents required to form
orm part of the final documentation are indicated in the “Final Data
Book” column of the VDRS. These documents shall be final and latest revision. Also all
drawings shall be stamped: “As Built”
However, in order to avoid waste of time, one copy of this do

cumentation shall be submitted to
Purchaser for approval. After approval, the copies can be duplicated.
Also an Electronic File with final copies shall be submitted to Purchaser. File shall be in the
original source type.
