Dear Sir:
I’m writing ti complain about the poor service provided in the hospital last week. I had a
fever, so i visited the general doctor, the waiting room was noisy, the nurse Attitude was
unefficient and her assistance was Bad with me.
The doctor’s Attitude was agressive and when i went to the pharmacy, the medicaments we’re
out of date. I asked for the vaccination of VPH, but the doctor told me that the vaccination was
are not unnexistence.
The doctor told me that i requiered a was rest but i dint accept because the hospital rooms
don’t hace a bathroom. I complained to a manager doctor, who was most unhelpul ando
unsympathetic.
As a result of tour por service , i spent $1200 on a prívate doctor’s consulta, $2500 on
medicaments and $600 on injections, which caused considerable económic problem.
