WARRANTY:
1.Warranty will be provided by the Manufacturer as laid down in manufacturer’s warranty instructions
2.Warranty is only applicable to initial consumer. It is not transferable.

SERVICE AND REPAIR:
1.Request for replacement of OC parts will be made by quoting Serial
Number of Compressor, Sieve Bed, Circuit board and Valves. Same will
be compared with records held by Sanrai. Replacement will be done if
record matches.
2.No free service will be provided except parts.
3. It may seriously be negatively impacted by lack of spares or non availability of technicians due to
unprecedented Covid situation You are strongly advised to keep oxygen cylinder for emergency due to
OC failure.
4.For a dealer to request service, minimum charge of Rs 1000 will be levied after warranty. Device will be
required to be brought to the nearest service center.
5.For at Home Visit/Service within Warranty:
For the customer of a dealer/reseller if home visit/service is needed, charges will be applicable as
under:
(a) Within 50 KM: Minimum Rs 1000/-
(b) Beyond 50 KM: Actual travel expenditure plus Rs 1000/-
5.Service and Warranty terms and condition will not be applicable if machine failure is due to fluctuation
in electrical power and mishandling. Use of 1KVA Voltage Stabilizer is strongly recommended.

PAYMENT TERMS:
1.Full payment at the time of delivery/installation by Cash, Cheque, DD, Credit
Card, Online Transfer in favor of "SANRAI RETAILS" payable at Chandigarh
2.In case check is not honored, one time penalty charge of Rs 500 + 24%
interest for the period for which the amount not received will be charged.
3. Tax on Sale/ Entry Tax /Octroi applicable as per Local Sale Tax Act/Central
Sales Tax Act will be charged in addition to quoted price.

MISCELLANEOUS:
1.The Firm shall not be liable for the delays arising out of the carrier’s fault or
negligence.
2. The invoiced equipment has been delivered to Dealer in proper packaging and
Dealer has personally checked the unit and ensured it works fine.
3. Invoiced equipment is for sale in India only.
4. This price is inclusive of additional cost of first installation, training, warranty,
servicing and maintenance of non consumable parts of the equipment..
5. Any verbal commitment/communication by a Sanrai employee will not be legally
binding and the company will only accept the terms and conditions mentioned in
the invoice.
6. Disputes, if any, which may arise in regard to settlement of Claim shall be
subjected to jurisdiction of courts at Chandigarh.
7. AS PER NOTIFICATION No. 102/2007-CUS DT. 14.09.2007, THE
ADDITIONAL DUTY PAID U/S 3(5) OF THE CUSTOMS TARIFF ACT. 1975 ON
THESE IMPORTED GOODS SHALL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR CREDIT
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
As invoices are computer generated, from legal point of view, customer's
acceptance of equipment or services shall constitute agreement to above
mentioned Sanrai Terms.
