The content of the report includes the following chapters:
• Chapter 1: Business idea and strategic goals of your e-
commerce business.
Why do you choose this specific idea?
• Chapter 2: Clearly define your business model and revenue
model.
Try to use the Business Model Canvas to identify your
business’s key factors about your value proposition, partners,
market, customers, resources, etc.
• Chapter 3: Product/service differences and brand positioning.
Compare to your competitors, what are differences and brand
positioning you want to aim to? How can you do to achieve your
goals?
• Chapter 4: Conclusion
Project evaluation: What you have done and have not? What are
limitations and difficulties your business might have?
Development direction: some ways to expand your business
project later. For example: expanding products, target markets,
providing more services, other payment and delivery methods...
