    NiBoride is a hard chrome replacement coating that provides a uniform, non line-of-sight coating for complex geometries. It has excellent bond strength to substrates and uniform thickness. NiBoride has higher hardness and wear resistance than hard chrome, with lower coefficient of friction when lubricated. It also has better corrosion resistance than hard chrome, with a maximum service temperature of 1922°F. NiBoride can be used to coat anything that traditionally uses hard chrome coatings, such as end caps, nozzles, die plates and more.
