Mr. Amresh Chaubey

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the instructions from and on behalf of my client Mr. Kamlesh Gupta, resident of
C62, A.P. Colony, Gaya I do hereby serve you with the following Legal Notice:

1.  That the lease deed dated 30.02.2022 made between my client of the ONE PART and you on

the OTHER PART in respect of premises no. C88, A.P. Colony, Gaya (hereinafter referred to

as demised premises).

2. That the lease deed has expired by efflux of time on the 15th January, 2023.

3. That you have not vacated the place even after 15 days of expiration of the lease deed.

I hereby call upon you to vacate, quit and deliver peaceful and quiet possession of the demised
premises on or before the 5th February, 2023 failing which my client will file a suit against you
for the recovery of possession of the demised premises and for damages, which may be sustained
by him by reason of your willfully retaining possession thereof and for breach by you of the
covenants contained in the lease deed.

A copy of this Notice is being kept in my office for the record and further necessary actions and
you are also advised to keep the copy safe as you would be asked to produce in the court.
