Greetings!

Last February 3, 2023, Department of Education released DepEd Memorandum No. 8 s. 2023 entitled
Multi-Year Guidelines on the Results-Based Performance Management System-Philippine Professional
Standards for Teachers (RPMS-PPST) containing new guidelines, set of objectives, list of MOVs, and
classroom observable and non-observable indicators.

In response to the recent changes, Pagsulhugon National High School – Senior High School Department
continues its commitment to integrating and embedding the PPST into the RPMS for teachers by
conducting a Three-Days Training Workshop on DepEd Memorandum No. 8 s. 2023, Multi-Year
Guidelines on the Results-Based Performance Management System-Philippine Professional
Standards for Teachers (RPMS-PPST) on February 8-10, 2023 at PNHS-SHS Building. This aims to
capacitate our teachers with the necessary knowledge and skills toward competency-based performance
management, professional development, and career progression.

We would like to request from your benevolent office the presence of Mrs. Rowena L. Badilla, Master
Teacher – II, on her expertise in “Classroom Observation for Teachers” this February 9, 2023
(Thursday) 8AM. We believe that her experience in the teaching field and wide array of strategies and
pedagogical methods will be beneficial in the implementation of curriculum and delivery of instruction of
our teachers.
