so today I will tell you a story about the mouse that have a
greedy character. the title of this story is THE GREEDY MOUSE. So, I hope you guys can enjoy with the
story.

THE GREEDY MOUSE

one day, a greedy mouse saw a basket full of corn. He wanted to eat it, so he made a small hole in the
basket. He squeezed in through the hole and he ate a lot of corn. After that, the greedy mouse was very
happy because he felt full.

After the greedy mouse felt full, he wanted to come out from the basket and he tried to come out through
the small hole. but he couldn’t because his belly was full. He tried again but it was of no use.

The Greedy mouse started crying “hikss hikss hikss”. A rabbit was passing by, he heard the mouse’s cry
and asked “ why are you crying my friend?”

Then the mouse explained “I made a small hole and came into the basket. but now I am not able to get out
through that hole.”

The rabbit said “it is because you ate too much. wait til your belly shrinks”. The rabbit laughed and went
away.

The greedy mouse felt sad when he heard what the rabbit said. After that, the greedy mouse resigned and
he fell asleep in the basket.

In the next morning, his belly had shrunk. but the mouse wanted to eat some corn. so he ate and ate. his
belly was full once again and he thought “oh! I think I will go out tomorrow”. The greedy mouse fell
asleep again.

suddenly, the cat was the next passerby. he was starving and he smelt something in the basket. then he
lifted its lid. when the basket was open, The cat saw there was a big mouse inside. “wow! the mouse
looks so big and delicious. I think if I eat it, I will full” The cat said while holding his belly.

In the end, the cat ate the mouse until his belly was full.

So it's the end of the story of the greedy mouse. The message of this story is “Don’t be greedy because
being greedy will harm yourself”.
