Reading activities
1. Teacher selects some key words from the text and puts the class into two
groups. A learner from each group (at the same time) comes to the whiteboard.
They are told the word and they must draw it. Other students try to guess what
the word is and earn points for their team.
2. The teacher scrambles the text, and the learners reorganize the text. After
checking for correct organization have the learners write five questions which
they can ask about the text to fellow classmates. They record their partner’s
answers and give feedbacks whether their answers are correct.
