Honorable Chair and Fellow Delegtaes,

As the delegate of Russia, we’re glad that we joined to this conferance. Since 1996, our people can
get free healthcare. But there some countrys that doesnt have free healthcare. For example
Paraguay.

For giving healthcare, we can open more hospitals, which is near to center of the city. Also we will
need good doctors too. Some people can go to hospital with out any problem but most of them are
dying beacuse of bad doctors or wrong diagnosis.

We would love to help the countrys like this beacuse we’re thinking that healthcare is needed all
over the world. we will help any country with equipment or economical support.

Honorable Chair and Fellow Delegates,

As the delegate of Russia, we’re glad that we joined to this conferance. We love each other. And to
make that stay like that everyone needs healthcare. We’re thinking that most of the countrys, which
has enough economical support to do that, needs to give there people healthcare for free.

Our country is doing that. So we’re having less problems about healthcare. We would love to help
the countrys about doing that. We wish that the other delegates are at the same opinion with us.
