THE DESTROYED LAMP

When he saw the postman coming up to his door, Matt ran to open it, he was so exciting
because he ordered his girlfriend birthday present five days ago and then he thought that it
was the moment. When he opened the door and postman gave him a big package he ran to
the living room and started to open it, but he was surprised when he saw that the personalized
lamp he has ordered was totally destroyed.

In this moment, was when Matt remembered that Tommy, an old friend,last year had a similar
experience, so he decided find his mobile phone number and call him, he told to Tommy that
what he should do if he does not have the time to buy another gift to go to the physical store
and claim it there. That's what Matt did, when he arrived he explained what happened and
from the first moment the clerk didn´t put any problem.

Finally the problem was solved and he did a new friend, the clerk, they met the next day to go
downtown and have a fun afternoon talking in a bar, sometimes the problems are not so bad.
