BUILDING

The premises is situated at No.1/501-A1, Kallimedu thottam,Nallagoundenpalayam,

Paduvampalli (Po),Sulur-TK, Coimbatore-641659. The building is sufficient to meet the present
and future requirements of showroom .The building is owned by V.Mallika. It measure around
4000.sq.ft and it has a power connection.

OBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

The unit has been established with the object of manufacturing and trading in auto
loom cloth. The textile cloth is a basic for all garment manufacturers and all other people. The
cloth is common material and fast moving item. The unit is mostly supply to the exporters and
other large scale textiles traders in India.

The demands for the textiles cloth are increasing day by day. Hence there is good
scope for this project. Considering the above points, the unit can easily reach the projected sales.

PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE AND TRADE:

Procurement or orders and specifications from the buyers for cloth-buying required
yarn-sizing the required quantity and warp yarn-convert into cloth with the help of own auto
loom as well as outsider on job work basis-checking and folding as per the buyer specification.
Packing with the supervision of our staff and the applicant themselves-delivery of the cloth to the
customer place.

MANAGEMENT:

The unit is looked after by its partners Mrs.V.Mallika and Mr.V.Jotheeswaran. We

have all round experience in this field and has up-to-date knowledge in manufacturing and
trading of cloth . We have maintain good contacts with the buyers and their customers so, it will
help the unit to get more orders regularly.
MACHINERY:

The unit has manufacturing the auto loom cloth by its own looms, if 24 No’s.
Checking and packing only does by the unit , for this purpose the unit has machines and
checking tables. These existing machineries are sufficient to achieve the estimated turnover.

TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY:

The unit has already working with the units of outside auto loom parties on job
work basis. All the production processes of sizing and weaving is done by the outside units.
Checking of the cloth by our supervision staff and the applicant himself with the regular visits.
Hence the project is technically viable.

Hundreds of textile traders are operating in Erode, Tirupur, Coimbatore, Salem

and other states. The unit proposes to sell its products to them. The following are some of its

RAW MATERIALS/CONSUMABLES:

The main raw material is yarn. Raw materials can be easily procured from local
dealers and other state dealers. Number of local suppliers for the above items are operating in the
states. It is a easily available throughout the year. There is no seasonality. The unit is buying the
materials from the following parties at present.

The unit needs power for checking and official use only. The existing factory
premise are already connected EB power connection, and it is sufficient to the unit needs

LABOUR AND OTHERS

All production process is done by the outside units on job work basis. Only
checking and supervision staffs are required by the unit. The unit’s present staff as follows:

Administrative : 1 Nos.

Supervisory : 1 Nos.

Skilled labours : 4 Nos.

Semi skilled labours : 4 Nos.

Total : 10 Nos.
TRANSPORTATION:

There is no problem of transportation and other infrastructural facilities, as the unit is

situated in Nallagoundenpalayam which is well connected by Somanur to Annur road. There are
no civic restrictions in this area. Water for human consumption is already available in the own
land and building. The unit can have own transport facilities and van/auto on hire and any other
type of transport which is easily available to carry materials and finished goods.

QUALITY CONTROL:

Quality of suiting cloth will be ensured by purchase under self supervision of

Mr.V.Jotheeswaran and the internal quality control system which is maintained by the unit with
the help of manual labours and supervision of the owner himself. The quality will be maintained
at a high level according to the buyer’s specificati

ARRANGEMENT FOR WORKING CAPITAL:

Working capital is required to keep stock of raw material, work in the process and
finished goods. To meet the working capital requirement the unit is applying for an OCC of
Rs 50 lakhs from your bank.

SECURITY:

The unit have provide the properties as collateral security on which legal opinion have
been submitted.
