SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I GHULAM HUSSAIN S/O ILAM DIN having CNIC bearing No 35202-6792875-5 am the sole and
absolute owner of House No.19//S, street no 8, Amin park, ravi road lahore and I have given first
floor of said house to Mr. Sameer Anjum JA/47378 serving in Pakistan Military Accounts Department
on rent/hiring/ for three years w.e.f.03-11-2020 to 02-11-2023.

I do hearby appoint and constitute through this document/special power of Attorney Mr Sameer
Anjum JA/47378 as my legal and lawful special attorney in my name and on my behalf to submit
rent bill in and receive rent/hiring payment from Pakistan Military Accounts Department in respect
of said hired property from now and onwards.

That the above statement is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing
has been concealed thereof.
