• What will it take for Million Air Conditioning Corporation to succeed in this market?

II. OBJECTIVE
• to utilize the additional plant capacity
• to increase market awareness of their product and unit sales

III. ALTERNATIVE COURSE OF ACTION


• Analyzing data using online platforms
• Utilize the additional plant capacity to independently construct a second cooling air
conditioner in order to compete with another company on a broad scale.
• Improve the heating, cooling, and air conditioning system.

QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED

Discuss the risk involved in Million Air’s three propositions, and which do you conclude is the
most promising for Million to undertake?

• Now that the business can market the cooling-heating system in addition to the unique
cooling system, it can compete on the domestic market. This reduces their market since,
even if a customer decides against the cooling-heating system due to the associated
costs, Million Air can still offer an exclusive cooling system. As a result, the customer no
longer needs to go elsewhere for the exclusive cooling system. After carefully weighing all
of the options, we have decided to proceed with the second one because we believe the
company will succeed if it can provide both the proprietary cooling system and the cooling-
heating system.
