I provide conceptual models for programming-phase projects, programming and space requirement research, documentation, and coordination with programming. I am in charge of implementing LEED strategies, in both contract documents and LEED documentation, for both LEED NC and LEED EB O&M. I generate contract documents, construction details,and sheets. Also, I coordinate consultant work, updates, and the general updating of construction sets with revisions. I am also responsible for extensive construction administration duties such as RFI review and response, as well as coordinating and tracking construction and consultant RFIs, both at the office and on site. I also performed event coordination and maintain contact/management with local producers. HaasHaus, LLC -- Knoxville, Tennessee Contract design work, February 2010 to September 2011 I created models of current properties, in preparation for construction and interior work, as well as for rendering purposes. I was responsible for graphics work for job signs, drawings, and website usage. I also performed interior design work: color studies, modeling, and furniture research/selection.

Academic Experience UT Center for Clean Products/The Institute for a Secure and Sustainable Environment (ISSE), 2007-2008 I performed extensive work with the Pharos Project; as well as the creation of Best Practices information in conjunction with the EPA and DOE. I researched and evaluated sustainable products and manufacturers, as well as defining some of the evaluative parameters and frameworks.
