that promotes social, political, and

It´s based on the idea that all people
should be treated with respect and
dignity regardless of their gender

years, and today it encompasses

We consider that a potential way for us to be agents of


change is to value the contributions of each member
within work environments, regardless of their gender. We
consider that by doing this, both the sexist thoughts and
actions will decreased in different working conditions.
In our space, every opinion should be valued in order to be
agents of change. Practive true compassion to what women
have gone through throughout history,
