    Sub: Issuance of Form 35 – Reg.

    Sir,

    With reference to above mentioned subject, it is kindly intimated that I have already
    deposited my due amount of Conveyance advance and accordingly NOC was already
    issued in favour of me vide office order No. NH/TLD-III/PS/HR-PF/2022/247 dated
    31.12.2022.

    In continuation of same, as per the policy of vehicle registration, a Form 35 is to be signed


    and submitted from the Financer of Loan as “NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF AN
    AGREEMENT OF HIRE-PURCHASE / LEASE / HYPOTHECATION”. It is, therefore,
    requested to please issue a signed and stamped copy of the same to me for my further
    disposal. An undersigned copy of FORM-35 is hereby enclosed for your kind necessary
    action.
