I. CALL TO ORDER
The Elementary Coordinator, Ms. Valerie B. Cristobal called for the Elementary Departamental meeting at
4:00 pm to conduct a deliberation of students performance
Ms. Valerie B. Cristobal, together with the CSLI teachers conducted the first quarter deliberation of grades.
This meeting aims to decide what requirements will be asked from students with failing or incomplete grades
based on the recommendation of theire subject teachers and considering the learners capability
The department head explained the specific objectives of the quarterly deliberation of grades of
Elementary students These are the following:
- To review, evaluate, and rate learner’s curricular and co-curricular achievements during the first
quarter.
- To encourage learners to do their best in their academic performances for their progress and
development.
- To appreciate parents/guardians who show valuable help and support to their children.
Ms. Valerie Cristobal informed all teachers that in every quarter, there must be the process of deliberation
involve. These are the pre-deliberation, deliberation, and post deliberation.
The department head ensures that in the end of every quarter or grading period, the policies and guidelines
of deliberation should be observed stictly. This is also to address the complains and queries regarding the grade of
each students.
Ms. Valerie Cristobal reiterate that each teacher should maintain a non-biased attitude, does not withhold
information to favor someone, and respect each teacher’s opinion in a professional manner.
*There being no further matters to discuss, the Subject coordinator resolved to adjourn the meeting at 5:00 PM.
