Two days ago, l bought a mobile phone but it couldn’t turn it on. I tried many times
and still couldn’t
I understand that under the Australian Consumer Law, when I buy products and
services they come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what I
asked for.
The screen is completely black, and l can’t turn it on by long pressing the power
button
Ask the maintain guy to check it out for me. If you can’t , please give me a new phone
, because l have begun to suspect that l got the machine king
If I do not hear from you within 5 working days, I will lodge a formal complaint with
Consumer Affairs Victoria and/or report my issue to the ACCC.
