banner or posting. Along with the initiative of rebranding, here are the suggested contents every
week:

b. Humor/Entertainment – at least 1-2 posts a day; English, Taglish, or Tagalog will do.
c. #MentalHealthMatters – occasionally; not necessarily per week
d. #WhyLexie – intended for external applicants; c/o Mela
e. #ShareYourLexieExperience – to be posted every Wednesday; intended for internal
employees; will be coordinating with HR on employee experience. This is also to encourage
audience to apply at Lexie, filling the current open positions.

For the creation of banners, please take note of the following:
