 Magnitude – how big and small (small piece of reinforcing a behavior that serves as a viable alternative for the problem

 Quantity – how many (1 car vs 5 cars)
 Intensity – how heavy (social praise monotone vs Differential Reinforcement of other behavior (DRO)- delivering

predetermined amount of time.
