I am a senior manager of a beverage company.

Recently, our company's market

share has been shrinking. To find out what caused this problem, I investigated and
discovered that the company's biggest competitor was doing business unfairly. They try
to get information about our marketing plan from a recently terminated employee, even
offer people who won "The Great Employee of the Month Award" attractive high salaries
and incentive them to leave our organization.

In order to prevent the leak of company’s confidential information, before hiring

employees, we require them to sign a written agreement not to work for competitors after
leaving the company and advance restriction-regulations on the use of inventions and
accumulated experience in the work process. This helps us avoid having information
stolen by competitors with the aim of finding weaknesses or strengths from that
information to exploit and harm our company.

We have had evidence proving that a recently terminated employee gave the
company's internal marketing plan to our competitor in exchange for a large sum of
money. Definitely, we'll take legal action to solve this issue. He will be sued for breach of
employment contract. And the ringleader - the company that bribed this defendant will
also be dealt with according to the law for doing business unfairly.

A high and generous salary will get significant attention from applicants when
businesses want to have good employees. In order not to lose such high-efficiency
talented members, as a senior manager, I always try to provide the best rewards, policies
and remuneration for our employees. By this way, it creates a positive working
environment that promotes employee’s more engagement and love for the company.
Moreover, it also motivates employees' dedication and creativity with expectation to
answer the awesome care we have given them.

Improving the relationship with employees is a key factor to help the company gain
strength. Knowing this well, we have done, are doing, and will do it well day by day to
make the most effective use of employee’s engagement, dedication and loyalty. For
example, superiors need to treat employees properly, determine the right level of
contribution, and determine the right ownership of ideas. Therefore, they will feel that the
assets of the business are also theirs, not the company's own; then they will be conscious
of the internal information’s protection of business.

These above information and solutions I have mentioned are expected to be useful
for your company.
