OVERVIEW

In the procurement of maintenance services wifi Indonesia, Mitra will provide information and
also analysis and recommendations necessary to improve the availability, reliability and
improve the efficiency of infrastructure in accordance with the Service Level Guarantee (SLG)
which has agreed. Therefore PT TELKOM Indonesia can focus more on business
development and improvement.
