Subject: Proposed to change CJ6 on Clarifier Inner Channel

Refer to contract drawing no. 83501430-01-240-C0002 for "Clarifier Section and Details", it is mantion that CJ6 should be apply on inner
channel between slab and wall. We propose to change CJ6 to CJ with assumption that inner channel is not an item that must be watertight.
