• If you want to participate , you can register by online/offline mode , offline registration will start at 7 am & end at 10 am on 4th Feb in
S.P. Hegshetye college of arts commerce & science Ratnagiri.

• After 10 am No entries will be considered.
• Only two College (Teacher) co-ordinators can accompany with all participants per college.
• Each individual participant should be present on time for every event. We will call/announce twice before their competition.
• Lunch will be provided at the cafeteria for all Participants & their Staff.
• If you are willing to participate in Quiz then You can not participate in other events i.e. photography, smart coder , Google !T & PPT &
Game War.
• You can only participate in one of the two mobile games i.e only in COD or Free fire.
• You can Participate Inter-events Competition except Quiz.
• You can participate in This Quiz & PPT & Google !T Competition With Your Partner Means In Duo Mode. (Max Number of Players in the
Team :2.& (Max 5 teams per clg). Except Call Of Duty mobile(COD).& Smart Coder .
• All Participants will get the State level participation certificate.
• You can pay participation fee on google form link as well as offline on the spot.
• Entry Fee is non refundable.
• Carry Your ID card with yourself at Venue.
• Decision of referees will be final.

RULES FOR PHOTOGRAPHY:
A. Theme will be provided on the spot and time allotted for this event is 1 hour only.
B. For capturing photo, Only "Mobile" Phones are allowed. No digital camera, digicam, DSLR, editing etc.
are permitted for the same.
C. Mobile camera restriction Maximum 108 Megapixel.
D. Participant can submit 3 photos for the event.
E. Entry fee for Photography is ₹50 individual.
RULES & INSTRUCTION FOR QUIZ-IT:
A. Maximum 5 teams per college are allowed.
B. Each team will consist of 2 students.
C. Questions are based on Science & Technology.
D. If you are willing to participate in Quiz then You can not participate in
other events i.e. photography, smart coder , Google !T & PPT & Game War.
E. Use of Mobile & Other Electronic Devices are not allowed.
F. Event will be conducted in different rounds.
G. Decision of referees will be final.
H. Single participant is considered as a team.
I. Entry fee of Quiz-IT is ( ₹100/- per team ) & ( ₹100/- Individual ).

RULES & INSTRUCTION FOR SMART CODER: (Platform Language: C ,C++ ,Python)
A. Round 1 : A Doc file will be provided to each participant , where participant have to debug
maximum number of codes within 30 mins.
B. Round 2 : A hardcopy code will be provided with it's output and a participant will have to
type the code and fill the blanks followed by showing output.
C. Round 3 : A question will be provided to every participants in which individual have to type
appropriate code followed by showing expected output within short period of time .
D. Entry fee for Smart Coder is ₹100 individual.
Note: Use of pendrive, smartphone’s, or any other electronic device is prohibited.

A. Personal mobile & net is required.
B. Laptops are not allowed.
C. General science and technology questions will be asked.
D. Other rules will be informed at the location.
E. Entry fee for Google IT is ₹100 individual.

A. Topics: *Non-Technical Subjects :

*Technical Subjects :
1) Artificial Intelligence in today’s world of social media (English)
2) Machine learning experience in our day-to-day life (English)
3) Discuss the privacy practically in today’s world of social media (English)
B. Individual Participation only.
C. Time for presentation will be maximum 7 minutes.
D. Maximum Numbers of slides -10 slides.
E. Candidates participating in PPT are supposed to submit their PPT in soft copy on the day of
competition at Registration Desk. [ ppt should be compatible with Office - 10 or 19 or pdf ]
F. Entry fee for PPT is ₹100 individual.
RULES & INSTRUCTION FOR GAME WAR : (Call of Duty:Mobile & Free Fire)
A. Registration is only for Duo (2 players) / Squad(4players) & Solo .
B. Mod or any third party file is not allowed, if found appropriate actions will be taken.
C. It is the responsibility squad captain/leader to provide custom information to team
members within 5 min.
D. All matches are in ‘Battle Royale’ Duo/Squad mode.
E. Other rules will be informed at the location .
F. Entry fee for Game War is (Solo ₹50) (Duo ₹100) (Squad ₹200) individual.
 About US
‘NAVNIRMAN SHIKSHAN SANSTHA’ has been established in 1998 with a noble cause of
imparting higher education among the youth of KOKAN region, and with a strong belief of serving the society
& improving the quality of life of the rural youth in particular. The Sanstha plans to open a chain of centers of
higher learning throughout Maharashtra State especially for the benefit & upliftment of the under privileged
class of the society The idea developed as a result of the factual data gathered by the office bearers of this
Sanstha during the various types of constructive work in the educational field done by them for the social
organization called Rashtra Seva Dal a movement dedicated to the cause of social & educational problems
faced by the citizens, the students especially those belonging to the lower strata of society. Apart from the
above most of the office bearers of the Sanstha have long association with the social movement.

To educate every pupil from down stream, Sanstha has been established with a noble aim of imparting
higher education to the youth of Konkan region & with a strong belief of serving the society & improving the
quality of life of the sural youth in particular.
