Indian Institute of forest Management would like to invite students to participate in the SOHA exhibition
being organized at the Indian Institute of Forest management IIFM, Bhopal.
The “Seeds of Hope and Action (SOHA): Making the SDG’s a reality” is an exhibition by the joint
initiatives of Bharat Soka Gakki (BSG) and Earth charter international. The aim of this exhibition is to
spread awareness about sustainability to the young students of the country and encourage them to overcome
feelings of powerlessness.
Students will get wide exposure to fundamentals of Climate change, the Sustainable Development Goals
(SDGs) and the role of youth. They will be witnessing a 24-panel exhibition which will focus on the theme
of “Inspire”, “Learn”, “Reflect” and “Empower”.
The students will not only get to learn different aspects of sustainability and how they can act to stop climate
change. The exhibition will be an opportunity for students to explore career opportunities for themselves and
figure out what sectors and jobs are available in this arena. Students will also be exposed to the vibrant and
highly reputed campus of IIFM Bhopal. The lush green campus is rich in both flora and fauna including
grasslands, caves and various species of peacocks, non-venomous snakes, birds and a lot more.
Prizes will be given away to all the successful participants on the spot on the completion of the programme.
