I. OBJECTIVES

The Southern Isabela Medical Center in coordination with XFM 104.9 created a health related/
focused radio program with an objective to:
1. Disseminate information on health – related issues and DOH programs specifically of the
Southern Isabela Medical Center
2. Engage audience members actively in discussion about health-related issues and DOH
programs specifically to Southern Isabela Medical Center
3. Educate listeners and increase their knowledge about health – related issues and programs
from the DOH and specifically of the Southern Isabela Medical Center.

 EXTRA CARE with Dra. Ma. Theresa D. Dalmacio, MD and Dra. Maria
Cristina Ventura, MD (Serbisyong Katropa with Mae Barangan)

 The Southern Isabela Medical Center had the objective to be able to reach
even further in disseminating information about the flagship program of
SIMC on Telemedicine as compliance to the Universal Health Care Act
11223 therefor cooperating with 104.9 XFm and participating in the Xtra
Care: Serbisyong Katropa with Mae Barangan.
